Innovative Architectural Planners (IAP), in its current form, has been an active business since October of 2004. During the first formative years, IAP focused on establishing a business plan, relationships with corporations and individuals and applying for minority and disadvantaged business certifications nationwide. Additionally, the company determined which areas of expertise it wanted to focus on. These areas are: Architecture, Construction Management, Program Management, Environmental, Commercial Flooring, Corporate Security, Design-Build and Engineering.

Upon receiving our 8A certification in February of 2006, Innovative Architectural Planners has been actively bidding on federal projects nationwide and in 2008 has currently booked over $2 million in active projects and has over $20 million in current submissions nationwide.

We have established ourselves as a quality full service, performance based management corporation that has the added diversity benefits of a 8A, SDB, DBE, MBE, SDVOB certifications.
