Innovative Architectural Planners (IAP), is a federally certified 8A Minority Business Enterprise with the Small Business Administration. In addition to this certification, we are also certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business, Minority Business Enterprise, Federal Emergency Management Act and we hold six Federal General Service Administration schedules.

Our company, in its present format, was created in 2004 with the goal of providing quality, professional management services to the private, public and federal sectors of our society. Our original focus was on architecture and engineering services, but it soon grew to include construction management, program management, project management and commercial flooring. As the need for diversity business participation increased in the public and private sector, Innovative Architectural Planners was placed in the fortunate position of having the ability to expand its services to conform to the needs of the marketplace.

Innovative Architectural Planners has utilized our management capabilities to team with strong national partners to provide additional services in the flooring, security and environmental arenas. Our goal is to provide quality, specialized services while allowing our client base to comply with the diversity standard goals as an added advantage.
