Project Management
Innovative Architectural Planner's Project Management team manages, coordinates and supervises the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction on a timely and economical basis. They are responsible for the coordination and management of people, materials, and equipment; budgets, schedules, and contracts; and safety of employees and the general public.

On large projects the Innovative Architectural Planners Project Management team may utilize several different management systems with a lead manager and coordinator ensuring that each project area is progressing smoothly and in conjunction with the other project segments. Our ability to utilize our team members in their areas of expertise on these large projects allows the client to benefit from the specialties that each team member offers.

The IAP team, as an independent manager is able to look at each project as a whole and break it down into individual areas to ensure that all of the components are being covered thoroughly. Whether it is the site selection, design, construction, utilization or financing options, the IAP Project Management team's experience and education ensures that the project run smoothly and efficiently.
